PEMA TW Assembly Station significantly improves the efficiency and quality of producing heavy tubular structures, like vessels and windmill towers. It consists of a jig-type assembly unit with powerful hydraulic adjustments and a set of self-aligning rollerbeds. Combined with a PEMA column & boom, automated welding can be carried out reliably to the highest standards of productivity and welding quality.
