Xiris XVC-310 Visible Light Spectrum ‘Lipstick’ Colour Camera

The Xiris XVC-310 weld camera is a tiny color camera with 120+ dB HDR capability, designed to remotely view and monitor GTAW and Plasma welding processes where space is limited such as in Narrow Gap and Orbital welding applications.

Features such as the TIG tip, melt pool, weld bead, weld seam, parent material and wire feeding can be easily monitored before, during and after welding.

Nb. As the XVC-310 has been specifically designed for GTAW and Plasma processes, it is unsuitable for GMAW processes.

High-Resolution Imaging
HDR-enabled camera produces HD color images with >120dB of dynamic range, ensuring operators a clear and uninterrupted view of setup and welding.

Easy Retrofitting
Compact with a diameter of 17mm allows for easy replacement of older Lipstick-style cameras, requiring minimal changes for a technician to upgrade.

Multiple Cameras on One Display
Multiple Xiris cameras can be seamlessly displayed and controlled from the same screen.

Simplified Cable Management
Uses a single coaxial cable (up to 10 metres) for video signal transmission to camera controller, which in turn connects to a PC via GigE or POE, ensuring reliable data transmission up to an additional 100 metres.

Versatile Lens Options
Several standard lens options are available to suit various working distances and field-of-view requirements, ensuring adaptability for most applications.

Software Compatibility

Compatible with Xiris’ WeldStudio and WeldStudio Pro software packages for camera control, video display, recording and playback as well as machine vision and AI tools for Industry 4.0 process control.
