Our store is hosted on Siteground Servers. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform WooCommerce that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Sitegrounds data storage, databases and the general WooCommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
We currently utilize PayPal for payment of your goods, after entering your shipping details in Our checkout and accepting our “Terms & Conditions” you will be redirected to Paypals PCI DSS Compliant Payment Server, where you can either Login and pay, or utilize their “Guest Checkout” facility to enter your Credit/Debit card details securely, where details will be ratained only long enough for the payment, before being proptly removed from their servers..
Paypal processes 10,000’s of transactions daily and is trusted by Millions worldwide.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Hire Period and Charges
The Hire Period commences when the customer receives the Equipment (including Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) and terminates when an off-hire number is allocated and the Equipment is returned to or collected by TPS unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Hirer shall pay the hire charges stated in the Contract for the total period of the hire. Where a weekly hire rate is based on a specific number of hours any excess hours worked shall be payable pro rata, the hourly rate being calculated as the weekly rate divided by the number of hours specified. The minimum hire period is one working week i.e. five 8-hour working days.
Cylinder Gas Supplies
Cylinders in which gases are supplied to the Customer remain the property of the supplier; the Customer may not refill them or sell them….. What about the little ‘Albee’ cylinders? Presumably these are the property of the purchaser?
Payment
Payment terms for an authorised credit Customer account are 30 days net from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If an initial hire is paid by credit card, TPS reserves the right to deduct any additional hire charges from the Hirer’s credit card, together with any charges for fuel, consumables, losses and damages . TPS shall inform the Hirer prior to such charges being deducted. TPS reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month from the due date until the date of settlement. Any bank charges, solicitors’ fees and outlays of any nature whatsoever in securing outstanding sums will be payable by the customer. The customer is responsible for costs incurred in the production of bank guarantees and letters of credit and for bank charges incurred in the payment of currency accounts.
Care and Maintenance of Hire Equipment
Where the Equipment is returned to TPS damaged, dirty or short of fuel, the Hirer shall be responsible for the cost of restoring it to its original condition and for any consequential financial loss. ………
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.tpsweldtech.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of www.tpsweldtech.com.

You have the right to return any unused items in a re-saleable condition (un-used and in original packaging) for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving it).
We recommend that you take your items to the local Post Office and ask for a certificate of postage (or fill out the one provided HERE) stating our return address. Please enclose a note of your name and address with the returned goods, along with an explanation of the reason for the returning. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have this certificate(Proof of Postage).

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges for different items will be treated as a new order and will incur delivery costs as normal.
