Next up in our team series:

Meet Blair and Lucas Lamont, two of our apprentice engineers who are going from strength to strength. Lucas is developing his skills as a Diesel Engineer apprentice, building hands-on experience with the practical and often technical work that keeps our equipment running reliably day in, day out.

Blair is training as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, gaining expertise in keeping machinery safe, efficient and up and running. What stands out most with both Blair and Lucas is their attitude – keen to learn, quick to get stuck into every new challenge that comes their way.
