A fully programmable, PLC controlled, cladding system, the
TPS SCU is capable of applying high-quality weld overlay on internal and external components, simply and easily. With an industry-leading user-friendly interface, a simple touch screen selects and controls all weld and AVC parameters, data documentation and bore-to-bore programming.
TPS were the first to introduce a servo-controlled wire feed system, utilising the highest quality European components. This ensures precise wire delivery with minimum slippage, resulting in an even thickness of cladding.
