No matter what make of machine, our team of trained engineers are at your service. If they can’t get you up and welding quickly with your own machine, a quick call to their hire colleagues will ensure you get up and running with a hire machine if need be. Our validation service allows you to keep within the regulations for procedural work, while the electrical safety testing and gas equipment checks will also keep your equipment and employees safe.

In House

Each of our 3 technology centres are equipped with the latest equipment including diagnostic tools and software to get your equipment up and running. We also stock a large selection of spares and PCBs. Dedicated robotic and manual torch repair stations.

All equipment is fully function tested and weld tested before being returned to the customer.

On-Site

Our qualified, experienced team of field service engineers are constantly maintaining and installing customers equipment on-site

For emergency callouts, TPS will always respond within 24 hours of being notified of a problem. We want to help to get you back welding as soon as we can. This covers normal working hours; Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Service Contracts

A well structured service plan can help extend the mean time between failures, shorten the time to repair, and reduce overall costs. Please don’t hesitate to ask about how TPS can reduce your downtime, through planned preventative maintenance, with fixed cost service contracts.
